Comment : I was traveling to Wallerlast month for my cousin's funeral services when my air conditioner wasn't cooling. My nephew sent me Larry's information and I called him to tell him I was having trouble with my a/c.
When we arrived at his shop, Larry in his staff went to work quickly to find the problem. He sat down to explain the issue and that I need a in cabin filter. It was installed and we were able to make it to one of the service.
Thanks Larry for your service because we didn't want to travel home in the heat for 4 hours!

Comment : This review is long overdue for a service where Larry truly went above and beyond.
I was moving out of town and had gotten into a small fender bender. A bolt punctured my AC system, and suddenly I had no air conditioning — right before I was scheduled to drive to Arizona in the middle of summer. I really needed that AC working.

I went to another shop in Waller first for an estimate on the body damage and asked if they could also check the AC. They told me it would be a $100 charge just to look at it, and they couldn’t even get to it until the following week.

I called Larry instead. He worked me in within 15 minutes, assessed the situation, figured out exactly what part I needed, ordered it immediately, and had me back on the road the very next day. During an extremely stressful time, his kindness, compassion, and willingness to help meant the world to me.

I’ve had Larry and his team work on my vehicles multiple times since then, and they consistently do fantastic work. Larry has integrity, he cares deeply about the people in his community, and he’s just an overall great human being. I highly recommend Larry’s Automotive — I will continue to do business with them for as long as I’m in the area.

Comment : My experience at Larry’s Automotive was outstanding from start to finish. When my car broke down about an hour from home and had to be towed to Larry’s shop, I was stressed and overwhelmed, but Larry and the women at the front desk immediately put me at ease with their kindness, reassurance, and comfortable waiting area. Larry took the time to inspect my car, clearly explained what he believed the problem was, and walked me through the potential repair costs. To my surprise, my car was repaired and ready the very next day. Even though I had to Uber home and back, the exceptional customer service made the entire experience far less stressful. I only wish I lived closer so I could rely on Larry’s Automotive for all of my vehicle maintenance and repairs. I highly recommend them!
