Comment : I got four tires from Larry and from that place,and in my opinion they cost me more money,let me explain when I got the tires ,it didn?t feel right,I kept hearing a sound when I turned out of my garage,so I made a appointment and they said I would have to leave my truck so i made another appointment with Riverside Chevrolet 3/19/2026 from the time I got there it took about twenty minutes to find the problem,now remember I have gone back to Larry Puckett twice for rotation,how can they not see what Riverside found in twenty minutes ,Alignment pins one was loose and the other broken camber bolts loose costing me 981.66 in my opinion it was done intentionally,one of the biggest Chevrolet company in Alabama,Who can trust to spend your hard earned money to,if you go to Larry Puckett please have some one else to fix the problems don?t get taken like I did

Comment : I will never bring my vehicle back to this service department again. My experience was extremely disappointing and left me feeling taken advantage of. I was charged $314 just for a diagnostic related to the sunroof drain plugs, and at no point was I clearly informed that the diagnostic fee would be that high.
To make matters worse, I was asked to have my credit run under the impression that financing options might help cover the cost. After going through that process, I was then told that the diagnostic fee itself could not be included or covered despite the actual part needed costing only $25. That lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable.
Overall, this experience felt misleading and unprofessional. Customers deserve to be fully informed about costs upfront and treated with honesty throughout the process. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here, and I cannot recommend this service department to anyone.

Comment : I cannot say enough about the excellent service we received. Reed really went above and beyond to help us. Our alternator gave out late in the day on a trip from Florida to Arkansas. Reed offered to let us wait in his office with all our luggage and our 60 pound dog so we wouldn't be charged another day at the hotel. Fortunately, we didn't have to do this because Reed had our vehicle repaired within 4 hours of it being towed to the dealership - before we had to checkout of the hotel. He then delivered the repaired vehicle to us at the hotel. The situation was quite stressful but Reed took great care of us. We are very impressed with the customer service provided and definitely recommend this business. Thank you Reed.
