Comment : Service department is a train wreck. Made an appointment by phone a week in advance telling them I needed to replace rear pads and rotors. Day of appointment I get asked again what I need, half hour later asked me if I want the rotors resurfaced I tell them for the 3rd time I want pads and rotors replaced on the rear axle. 45 min later they ask me if I want a brake flush, 4th time I explain rear pads and rotors. My appointment was at 8:30 now at 11:00 I go ask what seems to be the holdup and I'm told they had to go get the rotors at another dealership! So finally at 12:30 they say it's done. 4 hrs to get a 11/2 hr job done. So I got out to leave get into my truck and their scan tool is laying on the seat, so I return the tool go back out and my service brake pad monitor light is on. Take it back to have the code erased and now they tell me it's a bad sensor on the front axle. Light wasn't on when I took it in to begin with.The front axle pads and rotors were replaced 5000 miles before. This place is a joke. A Chevy dealer that doesn't stock rotors for a Silverado is bad enough but had a week to make sure you had them is absolutely disgusting. Really wish you were allowed to leave no stars because this place is a mess. BEWARE!Service department is a train wreck. Comment : Early in the morning around 7:00 am. Went to get wheel housing liner and was also able to do tire rotation and balance. Really appreciated their flexibility to get things done at a reasonable time and with a great attitude.

Comment : . Well when I took my Chevy Silverado 1500 back because the exhaust brake does work on the 3.0 diesel. The light comes on saying it working but you touch the brakes it doesn't slow down at all. The mechanic said he's not for sure how it's suppose to work and he's a diesel mechanic. Comment : We pulled in the lot. A salesman ran out to meet us. Ran back to the building and got the keys. Ran back to the truck we were looking at. Handed me the keys and we went for a test drive. We came back and bought the truck. It was as easy as that lol
