Comment : I recently bought a 2004 BMW convertible from this dealer. My experience was excellent, from test drive to negotiation to delivery and afterward.The sales department was a pleasure to work with. Bob and Brett were responsive, had good knowledge of the vehicle, and they were fair and transparent during the negotiation.When I noticed some minor issues shortly after I bought it, Vic, the shop owner, and Alyssa, a service advisor, gave due attention to my concerns. They made appropriate repairs for a very fair fee. They also took the time to answer my other questions, and reviewed the extensive work they did on the car prior to offering it for sale. As a result, I m feeling confident about an enjoyable period of long-term ownership.If you re considering this dealership, contact them with confidence. My only regret is that they re an hour away from where I live; otherwise, I d surely be seeing them for regular maintenance of my vehicles.I recently bought a 2004 BMW convertible from this dealer.
