On top of that, they ignored the contact number I gave them and somehow called my parents instead even though I didn’t provide it leading me to think that they used a people search site. I have been a customer of your dealership for 25 years. After my previous long-time contact, Clayton, moved on, I was concerned about the level of service I would receive. However, Anderson exceeded all expectations. I recently called regarding an issue with my key fob and was told I would need to drop my car off for three days. When I arrived last Friday, Anderson greeted me with kindness and took the time to personally investigate the issue. He quickly suggested a simple battery replacement as the first, most cost-effective step. He also took the time to listen to my concerns regarding my vehicle and assured me it would be well cared for. Anderson is an outstanding example of how customers should be treated. I believe his professionalism and care should serve as a model for your entire service department. He made feel he had my best interest at heart. He is the best and he is now my new Service man.
