Comment : This was the first time we've been there. It is a nice little repair shop that's been in business for around 44 years. I didn't have any repair work done but they did machine one of my rotors I brought in in a very quick manner. They were very friendly and professional. I would recommend them just from the experience my brother and I had with them. It's a small shop but they must be doing something right to have been in business that long.

Comment : We always come back to Lance's! We have used Lance for 30+ years, even before he opened Lance's. :) Even though we've moved to Beaverton, we make it happen. We trust that they will take care of us and not gauge us and fix the problem the first time.

Comment : I came to this shop because of the Google reviews, but honestly, my experience was completely different.
They were not able to diagnose the issue correctly and kept giving me misleading information. After spending time and money, my car still had the same problem.
What?s most frustrating is that they present themselves as professionals, but they clearly lack the knowledge and honesty you would expect from a reputable shop.
At this point, I seriously question the authenticity of their positive reviews. My experience does not reflect what others are saying here.
I would not recommend this place if you are looking for honest and reliable service.

Comment : I’ve had work done by them twice, and I’ve been impressed both times. They’ve been able to get me in quickly on both occasions and had the problem fixed same day, if not a few hours after I drop off my car to them. Very friendly staff, and reasonable prices. I highly suggest going to them!
