Comment : I had taken my Equinox here to get the engine looked at - in the meantime I had spoken with Nicole about possibly getting into a truck. I gave her a wishlist of what I was hoping for and she got back to me quick with a lot of great options. When I got word that my equinox engine was f**ked and they weren't even sure how I was driving the thing around, I was terrified the dealership would see this as an opportunity to take advantage. Instead, Nicole went above and beyond to get me into a loaner vehicle while they tried to save my equinox and never once pressured me into any decision. Their kindness made a bad situation a lot easier. She indulged all my questions, requests and always had a speedy positive reply. Nicole was incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant to work with! Comment : They tried to sell me a charger for EV after telling me it was in the car. I got home only to find out it was not included. Then they offered to sell me one for 300$. Also the car doesnt have car play and you have to purchase an additional plan to use the infotainment service after the 30 day free trial. Im looking forward to the car dealer crash of 2025.
