Now for the worst part… my brakes, the entire reason I went in, were making noise immediately after leaving. I brought my car back, they kept it another couple of days, and the brakes STILL sound exactly the same.

After speaking with the manager at length (he isn't working there anymore what a surprise) and now the district manager, Kevin, I requested a refund for the brake work. Kevin refused, saying they deserved a chance to make it right. They already HAD that chance twice now!! When I mentioned pursuing legal action, he actually laughed and said, “That doesn't scare me.” Still shocked at how rude Kevin was.

Over $3,800 spent, brakes still not fixed, and absolutely zero accountability. The lack of professionalism is unbelievable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!!'>

Comment : Never taking a vehicle here again!!! I brought my car in for brakes and to inspect a leak. I specifically told the manager NOT to proceed with any additional work until I confirmed what my warranty covered. Instead, he contacted my mother, who was paying for my brakes, and convinced her my car was unsafe to drive without a laundry list of repairs. This resulted in over $3,800 worth of work that was never properly authorized, including repairs that made absolutely no sense. A estimate of the cost was NEVER said or approved. I've since had TWO other mechanics review the paperwork, and both questioned the work performed and said we were extremely taken advantage of.

Spare , I heard the grinding noise coming from my car again. They hadn't even fixed it. This was the most horrible experience I've ever had with a car repair place. They didn't explain or apologize or acknowledge any wrongdoing. Do yourself a kindness and go anywhere but here. I still have the grinding noise that's now becoming a tremor. I can't afford anymore repairs and I'm scared driving my car, I can't not drive to work ,even if it's grinding , I have a senior disabled lady counting on me each day, and they knew that. I hope this helps someone else.'>

Comment : I came in with a grinding sound, they said all 4 of my breaks and rotors had to be replaced. I told them I was a caregiver to an elderly disabled woman who lives alone and my car was the only transportation so I had to have it done to get back to her, or else I'd need to go someplace else. They said it would be done within 2 hours. They had ordered the wrong parts 4 different times, it wasn't the right part but told me they were almost done. It wasn't only in the end they said they got the parts wrong 4th time. I was there for hours. I left and realized the grinding sound was still there. Went back on another day , they said it's not the breaks , it's your front wheel bearings. They also said because of that I needed to buy new tires. Again I explained I had to get back to my job , they said they'd shuttle me and pick me back up, with a promise my car would be done before 5 pm so I count get my bosses prescription and be able to go home. They asked 3 times to keep it until the next day and I said I could not. I had to get her meds and it's my only way home. I work on an isolated ranch far from anyone, no WiFi . It's now 5:15 I call to ask if the shuttle is coming for me. He said oh yes, he's on his way. I walk 30 minutes towards the highway so he can reach me , it's growing dark, I'm carrying all my belongings on a dirt road surrounded by woods. They call back as I reach 183 and tell me they just broke the bearing on my car and can't get another until tomorrow. I Asked them how?? if my car was ready at 5 how are you just breaking the bearing ? No response. I said I am alone on a dirt road , you have my car and House keys, I still need to be picked up. I can't get home. He said , sorry , we'll get it Back to you tomorrow. I said again, I'm stranded on a dirt road 30 mile from home , I have no one to call , you have my house key and I have dogs at home , you can't just leave me here !!! They did. They left me in the middle of nowhere with no way home or even to get into my house or help my dogs. No regard for my safety or well being. The next afternoon , they called me to say it was ready. I did not display any anger or grief , I jut picked it up , drove back to finish my Work and with tears in my eyes from the night before and the money I spent that I don't have to

Comment : Took care of our cars needs expediently. On a busy Saturday, they saw immediately what our car needed, was right up front about the expense it would be, thinking we were going to have to leave the car for a few days, they ended up having the part, replaced it, then did a diagnostic test to be sure of any other needs. All was good. The gentleman was very nice and explained what all was needed. The Lambs on Lakeline Blvd. in Leander is one I will recommend.

Comment : Went in for an oil change and inspection. It was backed up before the shop even opened. They were able to get me outta there 30mins earlier than the quoted time and the car runs great! I don't live by that location any more, but I go out of my way to get service there because they're that good
