Comment : The service was ok. They just take a long time for a car inspection. I had only one person before me and it took almost an hour.

Within the last two months, I had to bring my car in three separate times and spent over $5,000 on repairs. After the first visit, my car developed a noise when turning right. The shop determined that a technician had dropped a flashlight in the wheel well and that was causing it. They also recommended replacing my front struts since I was approaching 100k miles, which I agreed to.

After the suspension piece replacement, my car began making noises it never had before. It was in the shop for four days, and afterward I noticed a clicking noise when shifting between Park, Reverse, and Drive and during stop-and-go driving. The shop determined that a bad caliper was the issue and replaced it, but the noise persisted.

At that point, I was extremely frustrated. However, Sean Guerrero, the manager, personally reached out, apologized that they hadn't been able to pinpoint the issue, and offered to make things right at no charge. I appreciate him taking ownership of the situation and helping get the problem resolved.

While the experience was frustrating, I appreciate the effort to make things right and the willingness to stand behind their work. My family has trusted Sam and this shop for over two decades, and I'm glad they took the time to address my concerns.'>

Comment : I've been going to this shop since I started driving and have always had a good experience, which makes the issues I recently experienced especially disappointing.

Comment : Trustworthy and fair, not to mention thorough. Being new still to the area and still discovering necessary businesses that are my "go-to" places, I will absolutely be making this my auto-needs first choice. Thank you Sean at Cedar Park location and the team as a whole for the easiest and most comfortable experience in my situation and shout out for going above and beyond. You have a lifelong customer. ??
