Comment : Bro had me drive all the way down from the Lamb's store for an alignment, just to tell me the alignment machine wouldn't be serviced and working till next week. He then sent me down to their "sister store" sun auto so that they could do it, and the bald guy was super rude when I told him thank you and no worries for the alignment wait time being too long, he just shrugged and ignored me. Just stick to Firestone in Steiner if you want your time to be valued.
