Comment : I can’t say enough good things about Lamb’s Automotive and Kevin. From the very first visit, they’ve consistently been honest, straightforward, and genuinely focused on doing what’s right for their customers.

What really sets them apart is the trust factor. I’ve had experiences with dealerships where I felt upsold or taken advantage of, but that has never once been the case here. Kevin always takes the time to explain what’s going on, what actually needs to be done, and what can wait. There’s no pressure, no fluff, just clear, honest guidance.

Beyond that, their service is incredibly efficient and fairly priced. They respect your time, communicate well, and deliver quality work without inflating costs. And just as importantly, they’re kind. You feel taken care of, not like just another transaction.

If you’re looking for a shop that operates with integrity and consistency, Lamb’s Automotive is it. Kevin and the team have earned my trust completely, and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

Comment : I had a flat tire while staying at the resort nearby and stopped by Lamb's Tire & Automotive. They took care of me right away, fixed the puncture, and to my surprise, they did it for free! It?s rare to find such honest and professional service these days. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Lakeway area. Thank you for saving my day!

Comment : I had such a great experience here! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and really took the time to explain everything going on with my car. They didn?t try to upsell me or push unnecessary repairs, which I really appreciated. The service was quick, the pricing was fair, and my car has been running perfectly ever since. It?s hard to find a trustworthy auto shop, but this place definitely earned my trust. I?ll be coming back for any future work and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest and reliable service!
