Comment : VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! My husband had an appointment this morning at 8am and no one was there. It’s 9:15am and no sign of anyone. I looked in the windows to see white file boxes on the floor. Packing up???? They should have called us! We have been coming here for 2 1/2 years and now we are left with not even a phone call. SHAME ON YOU! If I could give no stars I would.

Comment : I have a whole story why I gave one star similar to most of the one star reviews. I arrived at the store and found a vehicle I was interested in. Ran my credit which was a 730 walking into the store. After shaking the guys hand and negotiating a down deposit me and my wife left. The day before thanksgiving they call me in which was two days before payment one of my down deposit I get a call from another financial agent from here saying That he went over my file and things didn't seem right and that he wanted to go over everything in person. He then reran my credit checking things out with other potential creditors and then changing my down deposit to make it a thousand more than before. All said and done I went to a real dealership after that with less or same amount they wanted and ended up with a brand new car and because of stankside my credit score dropped a whole hundred points and got let down a day before a great holiday. I would never ever purchase from here. Also the car I thought about purchasing sounded a lot more used than 15000 miles on it to find out he was turning the odometers back mileage wise. So glad I went brand new and didn't waste money here. You would have to be real desperate or a fool to shop here for a vehicle, truth.
