Comment : I am so grateful for their quick responses and work ethic. We had been having issues with our electric and and ac for a couple months. After getting ahold of these guys they came out right away and fixed our electric issues within a few days time. Our ac had to go through warranty so took a little longer but they have been in constant contact with updates and have come out each time exactly when they said they would. I really appreciate their services and highly recommend them.

Comment : Awning on my RV needed a motor. I was told the cost would be $300 and I supplied the motor to make the repair. Was charged $445. I will not use them again.

Comment : We spent more than our RV was worth getting repaired here. We were told they could fix it but it would be timely and how much was it worth to us? Our young family was displaced for 2 weeks. They are a family owned business we trusted them and literally used more than we could spend because we trusted they were going to do the right thing. After pushing the time it would be ready numerous times, and our travel plans numerous times, with added expenses in our Air bnb, we finally were able to pick up our Rv. They literally rebuilt the entire front room but did not put it back together properly! The exact corner that brought us there in the first place was hanging down causing further damage and DESPAIR. Over 15 hours away and they told us to unsafely drive it back to them! Uproot our young family and drive hours away the gas alone would cost more than what the repair cost us from the Amazing & honest mobile RV repair??? We were swaying and exposed to more potential water damage and unsafe driving conditions! We had. I clue why it felt so off thank it ever did before - because it was basically hanging open! We asked at minimum could they reimbursed us for the mobile rv mechanic that had to further repair the $8,000 repair they made. The same area where they removed our awning is still not on securely. We can???t get it to stay in. This was never an issue prior to them working on our RV. They added more problems one would say??? insult to injury! I would stay faraway from them. We gave them an opportunity to make things right, things happen! They literally chose to ignore us and go on the fact that they knew we were too far away to bring it back for repairs. Don???t fall for anything they tell you! I completely trusted them and they took absolute advantage! Save your money and time. We are new at having an RV and they knew it. To think I thanked them endlessly for making our rv livable again and safe for our family (Opposite effect). Do whatever you can to avoid this mechanic! It???s their karma in the end. I just thought by sharing our experiences I could at least save someone else the additional expenses and heartache. Our family would be in a much better position had we never allowed them to touch our RV! I added some photos of the original problem and the. The extended problem! And more keep showing up in the entire area they worked on! The last photos are the mobile rv making our RV safe for travels! What a difference from when we picked it up from them and from when the other repair actually put it back together securely.

Comment : Mark and his team are top notch. My family and I drove 5hrs with our camper in tow. We arrived at the campsite with no 12V electricity. I called Mark and he immediately made time to look at our problem. In the pouring rain, Mark and Scott diagnosed, fixed, and got us on the way so our family could still enjoy our vacation. Thank you so much Mark and staff!!!!!!!!!!

Comment : Just called them to come out to camp ground, for a basic inspection of a electrical breaker, they did not want to come out, they wanted me to bring in my 42foot motorhome, I explained that my girlfriend works from rv and we have dogs, they said NO... how are you going to be a "mobile" repair shop when you want everything brought to you? Very disappointed for something this basic...they didn't even try..
