Comment : They are not truthful, they try to sell you extra parts that you do not need. Service advisers lack knowledge, worst experience I have ever had. I paid them $100.00 for diagnosing something that I didnt even ask. Customers beware go to another dealership!!

Comment : Had to replace the transmission on my 2020 Silverado. Took a long time for repairs and Diamond Chevy Banning CA did an excellent job in providing me a loaner vehicle for free. Still do not know warranty on recent repairs.
