Comment : My experience was short and sweet as usual! Never have any issues, they are very honest when it comes to the inspections. Timing has not been an issue either . But Nika at the front desk, was amazing! Her energy is so bubbly, deff great customer service! I’ll be back next year for my next : )

Comment : I recently brought my vehicle into Ladysmith Tire and Auto for service, and I am thoroughly impressed. The level of service I received was impeccable from start to finish.

I want to give a special shout-out to Niki, the manager. She was an absolute dream to work with! Her helpfulness, professionalism, and genuine care for the customer made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. It is rare to find such top-tier service, and Niki truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently.

If you are looking for an auto shop that is honest, reliable, and friendly, this is the place to go. I will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommended!

Comment : They will charge you $250 to tow you 3 miles. They also like to charge $155 to simply charge a battery. They also add a credit card processing fee of 5%. I paid dealership prices for an independent shop. Shame on this company for taking advantage of people. 10/10 would not recommend.

Comment : Horrible pricing. $250 for a 3 mile tow. $155 to charge a battery. And a 5% credit card fee, even if you are not using a credit card. Would definitely never recommend this place.

Comment : Ladysmith tire & Auto helped me out when my timing belt blew on an out of state trip. I'm nearly 4 hours away. Ladysmith kept my car and provided excellent service - automotive and customer service! If your car breaks down in VA near Kings Dominion, please check out Ladysmith tire and Auto. Comment : Just went in today and couldn?t help but wonder if they might overcharge me or recommend things I didn?t actually need. I walked in and said, ?My CARFAX says I need all of this,? listing everything out. Niki looked up my last name in the system and asked ?did you drive this much since then??
I said ? No?. said, ?We just did all of that when we changed your breakers and oil change and as much as we?d love to take your car, there?s nothing it needs right now.?
Love it!
