Comment : Have tried to use their services twice both times turned away today went in had some nail in my tire asked if they could do a quick patch they said the guy was doing a oil change and literally pulling it out of the garage as we're sitting there and he's like now I got to do an oil change it takes 2 seconds to patch a will never use never suggest anybody go theretire

Comment : Will take advantage of you. Owner, cool dude. Went there in July and got an oil change for 80 bucks, little pricy but thought why not give business to local owners. Went there today and the people working charged me 96 for the same job. The girl at the register said it's normally 110. To me it sounds like they make up labor cost when they feel they can take advantage. Will not be giving them anymore business.

Comment : This is a small repair shop. They are very knowledgeable and thorough. They explain whatever is going on with your vehicle and make recommendations. They are always busy but fit me in for a state inspection. I've taken my jeep here before for some work. I certainly would recommend them for service on your automobiles. It's best to make an appointment unless it's something quick like an inspection.

Comment : MY FIRST REVIEW I NEVER wright reviews so u know this was a horrible place. PLEASE I REPEAT PLZzz don’t ever take your car here me and my family were stuck here 5hrs because they wanted to charge me $650 for a wheel stud that broke off me and my family didn’t have that type of money at that very moment the want to Run Diagnostics on every car even after I told them it’s just my wheel they still charged me so just know it’s $150 just to walk in and get your car even looked at this experience ruined my entire trip in Virginia I had a little 4 year old there with me and we were going crazy to see how would we come up with that money to pay they are scams plz believe that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It’s ok for those who’ve been scammed i have Lawyers building this case now.

Comment : Came across this place when my car got overheated a long side Hwy 95. They got my car fixed that day with no issues. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Can't say I was glad to be there but I'm glad they fixed the problem. I was still able to go to DC. If I lived near the area this will be my place to go for my car needs. Highly recommended. Comment : A family member of mine took his car into Ladysmith Tire & Auto get their brakes done on their vehicle. After paying and leaving the parking lot, turns out he had NO brakes. Called and spoke with the mechanic/shop manager and they denied returning the payment, refused to fix it and were extremely rude/disrespectful.
