Comment : Came across this place when my car got overheated a long side Hwy 95. They got my car fixed that day with no issues. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Can't say I was glad to be there but I'm glad they fixed the problem. I was still able to go to DC. If I lived near the area this will be my place to go for my car needs. Highly recommended. Comment : A family member of mine took his car into Ladysmith Tire & Auto get their brakes done on their vehicle. After paying and leaving the parking lot, turns out he had NO brakes. Called and spoke with the mechanic/shop manager and they denied returning the payment, refused to fix it and were extremely rude/disrespectful.

Comment : We just had a flat tire and pulled off at the next exit, right away we saw ladysmith tire and pulled in. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They got the tire changed for us quickly. Super nice guys would highly recommend. Thank you so much for the quick tire change and the fair price.

Comment : We were four ladies traveling from Florida to Pa. for a funeral the next day. Car broke down, they told us that if we waited, they could have it fixed by 5:00 pm. They were awesome, friendly, and had us on the road by 5:00. They also volunteered to take us to a motel if we had to spend the night if the car was not fixed. They were the best people in the world.
