Comment : Two reasons. I was overcharged for parts and labor. I was quoted book labor and that was way over the actual labor. The markup on price for parts was excessive, and I don't know or was I told it was OEM craft parts. Reason two, I was told I would receive a Veterans Discount of 10%. I did not.
