Comment : L&S Automotive was awesome! They worked super fast, prices were really fair, and the whole experience was easy from start to finish. They even dropped me off at home after I left my car and picked me up when it was done. Such great service!

Everyone there was super nice, honest, and kept me in the loop the whole time. Their online billing site was amazing too. It showed everything they checked, what needed fixing, what was fine, full price breakdowns, and even pictures.

I also loved that they weren’t pushy at all. They’d recommend things and give me quotes, but never tried to sell me on stuff I didn’t come in for. 10/10 would definitely go back!

Comment : These guys are so smart, detailed, transparent, and professional. And kind! And fast!! First time I’ve ever felt like a mechanic wasn’t taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. They did their job fantastically and left me with notes about my car that I may need to pay attention to in the future. I definitely trust them and will look to them for help next time I’m having car troubles!!

Comment : This was second experience at L&S Automotive and both times have been amazing. This last time my AC wasn’t working. I was able to drop off my van the next day. One part needed to be ordered but found out it was on back order for months. However, they were able to find a certified used part with a warranty. I was kept updated throughout the entire process. I will L&S Automotive to all my family, friends, and coworkers.

Comment : Matt" went beyond my expectations in servicing my Toyota. I just went in for an oil change and some other minor repairs. Everything was completed quickly. He also did a comprehensive inspection and found that my cabin air filter was "missing", so I had him put a new filter in place. He also informed me that my brake pads were nearly worn out. So I plan on doing that soon. He alerted me of a front end issue that needed attention. I am grateful to know that because it is still under warranty at a chain service center out of state. "Patrick"was helpful to me because he is familiar with that service center's Baton Rouge location and knew exactly who I needed to talk with to get this front axle repaired properly while under warranty. He even called the owner for me.... Also, I am very impressed with Matt, Patrick and another service representative (I didn't get the name) in the L&S office. Because they went to "great lengths" to locate the "correct hose clamps" needed for another customer's vehicle. These were not common clamps, rather specific to that car alone. I'm quite sure that other auto shops would likely have used any common clamp they had and be done with it. This was on a high pressure hose and an incorrect clamp would have surely failed and would have left their customer stranded, who knows where..... It has been difficult for me to find an automobile service center in Baton Rouge that "I know I can trust" to do "consistently high quality work." I believe the men at L&S are committed to quality work and can be trusted to do just that. Thank you L&S ! Chris Wade
