Comment : We were driving to town when we noticed an engine issue with our Yukon. L&S was recommended by a friend. I dropped it off on a Thursday morning and they had the repair done the next day. My shop back at home would have taken a week for the same repair. Carson was very professional, explained my options and got it fixed before we had to leave town. I would highly recommend.

Comment : Very satisfied with the work done by L & S. They are professional, kind and take the time to connect and answer any and all questions. I never feel rushed and I always feel valued. They are excellent with their work and fair prices. They added the discount code without me having to ask. I really like the texting system they have in place. Once my car is looked over, they send a text with a link that covers all the suggested repairs, if they are urgent or not, and a brief explanation for each. In one click I can approve or deny the recommendations. The entire process is seamless and I am so glad to have found a great company that is easy to work with.

Comment : Me and my family have been bringing our cars here for the past 3 years at least. Brought my truck in this morning at 9am for a diagnostics and was told to expect to hear back at 12 with the issues. Coming in I already told them I knew my battery needed to get replaced, my brakes, and my hubcap was a little loose. Called back at 2:30 to find out it wasn't even put on the rack yet. Told them just to do the battery and I'll come pick it up. Somehow was still charged for a full diagnostics fee of 160$ for a battery replacement that takes less than 10 minutes and a battery test. Carson still gave me 50$ off with my coupon, but being charged for a full diagnostic just feels wrong. Used to have good service from them in the past, but the past 2 times have been overpriced and have had multiple delays of hours from the expected time. Last time I brought my Honda and didn't get it back till 3 days later than I was originally told from. Spoke with my grandparents that recommended me this place and it looks like we will no longer be bringing our vehicles here unfortunately. Thanks anyways

Comment : Their prices are reasonable but, more importantly, I trust their advice on the needed maintenance and repairs unlike dealerships that push every repair and service just to pad the bill.
