Comment : Our truck needed general maintenance. L&S did a great job with identifying what needed to be done and what did not. They were honest and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be back. Customer service was exceptional.

Comment : A great place to entrust your daughter's Toyota when you live in a different part of the state. They will treat her right and make sure the car is safe to drive. Patrick and his crew found a leak in the radiator and after Toyota kept giving them the wrong radiator to replace the defective one with. They were able to overcome the issue. They kept me informed of the problem and would worked with the extended warranty company that I got from CarMax. I would definitely return my daughter's car back into their care when needed in the future.

Penny's was happy to do the oil change without any questions, i kept getting this trash 🗑 coupons from L& S , i tried it and it was a trash 🗑 don't waste your time with trash go to Penny's, thanks'>

Comment : We called over the phone, they gave us price a little more than coupons, we took the car they said we need to leave it ,we took it at 12 pm went back around 2:45 pm they where working on it, they said come back after 4 pm ,then we received a text saying that it ready for pickup and we we went to pick it up and they told us they didn't do the oil change, they said, they said they couldn't do it , we spent half a day to try this coupons deal but instead it was a lot of waste of time and frustration, then we drove to penny's we paid $20 more they started working on the car the as soon as we drove in , they gave us cold water 💧 to drink and a free car wash, L& S claimed that the car was dirty and they couldn't change oil, very unfortunate.

Comment : Went to get my AC checked. Found out that everything is messed up with my cars AC. They called me later that afternoon and was honest about everything including the price. One thing I can say is... HONESTY is key!!! So shout out to Patrick and the team for being upfront and honest. It's rare today.

Comment : The 1.5 hr drive from home was worth it.! I thought i was going to need to get a new vehicle. We live in a rural area and all the mechanics here were backed up or didn't care to listen to the symptoms of my vehicle. My uncle called & they listened! Had my car fixed in a few days. So thankful for them. I will definitely be using their services in the future for any of my car needs. Don't walk run. They will get you right! Thank you again so very much. Chry300 OUT‼

Comment : I called them on a Friday at noon about a failing battery and alternator. They checked it within an hour, replaced the battery and alternator, as well as the battery terminals, and had the car ready to go at 5 o'clock that afternoon. Every time there was an update, I received a call from the front office explaining what they had seen and how much it would cost. Very quality work, transparent and quick service, and friendly. I could not recommend L&S any higher.

Comment : By far the best people to do have work on your vehicle. Every visit I took to Richard’s Honda my maintenance list seemed to be constantly changing more and more issues needed to be addressed and the cost was unbelievable. I’ve owned 5 Hondas and purchased 4 from Richard’s Honda and every vehicle I purchased, Honda done ALL maintenance except with the exception of a battery replacement because you have to be careful using parts because sensors. Prior to replacing battery, I sent battery pictures of old battery and new battery to s Richard’s Hondas service manager for his approval just to make sure we were going to cause sensor issues which would mean more money. With that being said my car was at the time maintenance done, fluids checked, tire rotation done and mode. The service tech came out sigh a huge repair bill which I didn’t understand and still don’t understand how in just a short 3 months my car needed lots of maintenance work resulting in a few ithousands of dollars of maintenance done. My son took his ford truck recently had major work done by Patrick’s crew and has been very happy with price, turn around time, work ethic , honestly and happy with the work that he had done. My son gave me L&S BR contact informfor patrick. I was told to bring it in, I felt like he was honest, loyal and competitive pricing and turn around quickly thank you staff at L&S

Comment : They charged $800.00 to change a MAF sensor. The OEM part new from Nissan is $215.00 see pic. Thats if I walk into the nissan dealer to purchase it, The mechanic shop will pay less. If I were to purchase a Hitachi sensor (which is what he said he used) from Oreilly it would have been $177.00 and again his price would be less. Now I understand every business needs to make a profit in order to stay open, I am for them even making money, (they need to make a living as well). But they charged $458.00 for the part. Like I said I beleive in them making a profit but to mark up a part 125% is ridiculous. They made money on the labor and diaognostic fee. I suppose it is my fault for not doing the research ahead of time, but I saw all of the good reviews and thought they could be trusted. I am writing this review for a friend of the family, who by the way is a single mom who walked in holding a 2yr old on her hip. What makes it so bad is that they knew it was a woman with a child and still took advantage. I have attached pictures to back up my statement. I confronted the person that at the counter about this when we picked the car up and his only response was I should have said something before they performed the work, so I gave them a chance to make it right before this review was left. Needless to say we will never return.

UPDATE: They came back and refunded $185.00 to settle the dispute. The shop did good work, I just wasn't happy with the original price. I have changed the rating from a 1 to a 3 star.
