Comment : I went to Kuhnel's for the first time this past week. My previous shop had recently closed, and Kuhnel's had very good reviews. I have found my new repair shop! Jay, and the entire staff are very friendly and customer oriented. My car (20 years young) received a thorough inspection. I was texted a video report of the vehicle with its general condition and suggestions for future service. There was no pressure or up sell to get work done "today". All my questions were answered. Their prices are reasonable, and they have two very friendly pups who are happy to meet a new friend.

Comment : The shop replaced my cylinder head gaskets which included removing the entire engine from the car for a very reasonable price within a few days of dropping the car off. Spoke with the owner multiple times, very nice intelligent guy and was very transparent with me about my vehicle. The reception lady, Kerry I believe is her name, is very pleasant and easy to work with. She is very responsive and one of the nicest people I ve spoken with over the phone.The shop also included detailed photos of the work they did on my vehicle as well as any other recommendations they had for my vehicle, but did not try and push me to purchase anything.Overall 10/10 shop, would highly recommend especially for difficult jobs.
