So much so that they???re the only place I go when my car needs anything. Kris and his team are always polite and professional and never try to sell me anything I don???t need. They work around my crazy work schedule and are always able to squeeze me in when I have an emergency. If you???re considering going elsewhere you are a fool.One of the best, if not the best, mechanics I???ve ever gone to. So much so that they???re the only place I go when my car needs anything. The mechanic was very friendly and apologetic about my experience. As was the kid at the front. They could teach the others something about being professional. 2. I did receive a partial refund 3. INITIALLY they were very responsive I dropped my car off on June 9th. Told them the brakes they put on two months ago were going already and they replaced them at no charge which was great. Then I explained that after I sit in traffic my car tries to go but cannot. I also said my tire pressure sensor faults on and off. Someone tells me 1.5 weeks later that I can come around 7pm for my car. We arrive and they are AT autozone buying a part that they knew was needed a week prior. We waited for it to be done. They also never looked into my tire pressure sensor 1 day later my car sat in 1.5 hours of traffic. It continued to do the same thing and not move. I had paid for this to be fixed and they were apologetic that they didn t fix it like they thought they had. At this point .I m still being patient but of course frustrated. They then had my car for an entire week and did not communicate with me AT ALL. I called, I texted, (not even every day because I know these things take time) but never heard back until I literally had someone physically drive me to the shop .just to be told we can t duplicate the issue but we can refer you to a transmission place I m sorry but what is a mechanic for? Should you not have checked that? Should you not have answered any of my questions when you had my car for a week and I had to pay people for the entire month of June to help me?! It is July 1 .and I got my car TODAY. Still not fixed. It did the exact same thing that I brought it in for after sitting in traffic which is why I m writing this. If I can immediately duplicate the issue, I don t see how it s possible that you can t. I was kept on hold for 15 minutes today while they looked for Kristian and had to send them a not friendly text to get a call back. Owner didn t even apologize. All he said to me when I got there is you got cash app and cash apped me the refund. Then he took a call while I was standing there and I left. While I appreciate the refund, I am done here. And so are all of the people I referred. UPDATE: Took it to a Ford dealer who IMMEDIATELY figured out the issue the same day I brought it. Had nothing to do with the fuel pump and was my clutch assembly.
