Comment : Great experience no issues. I had a lot of concerns about my truck since I m planning a cross-country road trip, but the service department didn t try to upsell me. They checked everything out and reassured me that the things I was worried about were actually still in good condition. Would recommend.

Comment : Chef LukeI sent my friend Mohammad to Krieger Ford, where they asked for a part to be replaced. I ordered the part for him with a difference of $200, but he didn???t accept it and said I could return it and order again because he had an issue with the business account from which I ordered the part.He gave an example to my friend, saying, ???It???s not a restaurant; even in a restaurant, you can???t bring your own meat and ask them to cook it for you,??? making fun of him in front of other customers.The car was there for about 20 days. When he went back to Chef Luke for a status update, Luke told him that the technician was off for about a week. My friend asked if there was another technician who could work on the car, but Luke responded, ???I don???t want to have too many chefs here.???Chef Luke is very rude and disrespectful. Comment : I took my F-150 to Krieger 3 times now for basic service with poor results every visit:The 1st time after leaving I could tell immediately that my tire balance was off. This was not a problem prior to taking my truck in. Took it back for it for that problem to be fixed and after ~30 minutes the issue was fixed due to ???dirt build up??? on the wheels...After the 2nd service, I had oil dripping from my drain plug in my driveway. I took it back to have the issue fixed and it took TWO HOURS. The service tech never turned in the keys after fixing the issue...Finally, the 3rd time taking my truck in for the works package (oil change, tire rotation and basic inspection), it took THREE HOURS to complete on what I would consider a slow business day by the looks of the waiting room.3 strikes and I'm done. Comment : Waisted 6300 on a car that don???t run. My car been serviced TWICE since I bought it in August. And some how my serpentine belt still SHREDDED. If doing engine work how does no one not notice the belt was not good. Since before it was serviced first time there was burnt rubber smell. Along with it overheating. Get car back still overheating. Goes back now not overheating but my car doesn???t start almost over half the time. I have to shift gears then start. My car knocks when I turn AC OR HEAT on . Then. I caught it randomly knocking after it???s been off over 5-10 minutes. Belt always made some whistling loud sound. I got ahold of someone within 24 hours of my purchase with the original issues. I came here for the fact it???s full of good reviews. I feel robbed. My daughter missed like a month of school and school just started not long ago. Missing IMPORTANT APPOINTMENTS AND SURGERY. I needed a reliable car thought I was getting a good one. And I???m in HE LL. Comment : I was travelling through in a RV on the Transit 350HD platform. Usualy I am rather sceptical about "appointments" at car dealerships and expect to wait for hours for a simple oil change, but Krieger Ford was on it. I was in and out in no-time. Kudos. 5 stars.
