Comment : They are very kind, courteous, and respectful. I never feel like I'm getting taken for a ride there. Their waiting room is also SO NICE. they have a tv, comfy couch, charging stations and wifi. It lets me work remote while my car is getting fixed which is really nice, so I don't miss hours at work!

Comment : Grossly overpriced services and they have no clue what they’re doing, they will put things in wrong in order to charge you more when it doesn’t work. I brought my car to a different shop after i suspected that kontios was trying to get every dollar possible. Kontios said they put in all new plugs and coils but they only put 1 new plug in, and 1 new coil that wasn’t even put on the right misfiring cylinder! one of the spark plugs was so loose you could unthread it with your finger, and 2 others were only threaded partway in and seized up so the new shop had to soak the threads overnight to remove them. Do not go to Kontios if you value your money and vehicle!!!

Comment : There was a part next to the faulty part that was looking in a questionable condition. Instead of calling and asking me if I wanted the other part replaced at the same time , The replaced only the faulty part. It would have been nice to have a choice. At $100 an hour, that would have saved me some money.When as asked the mechanic he said “well it starts now doesn’t it ?”
