Comment : Kohl for the win!!! I made a huge mistake with buying four old dry rotted tires from a location I wont name, but Jason with Kohl really saved my 🫏. He saw me struggling in the parking lot with a flat to the rim on a 24hr old tire and he fixed me up. He ordered me 4 new tires, found the best priced ones he could so I didn't cry from the last purchase and he had them come in and installed the same day he saw me struggling. It does not get anymore professional and just plan amazing than that!!! I can not thank Jason and Kohls enough. Absolutely Amazing people!

Comment : Amanda is phenomenal! Such an amazing, easy to work with employee! The company itself is fantastic and has such an amazing history! Please check out their website. It has a really cool history page (who we are) that explains how 4 generations have worked diligently to provide amazing service in the Long Beach area of Mississippi. Working for a warranty company, Id say if you need any repairs on European and domestic automobiles, this is your go to. Can't wait to work with them again.

Comment : I can’t say enough good things about Kohl Motors. Pat and the team are exactly what you want in a mechanic. They are genuinely competent, patient, and they take the time to explain what is going on with your car in a way that actually makes sense. I never feel rushed or talked past. I trust Pat completely. They stay busy, and they are absolutely worth the wait. If you are looking for a shop where you and your car are in good hands, this is it.

Comment : My car was having a shifting issue, and was throwing an error about the speed sensor (a part that costs about $60).

I took it to Kohl and described the problem and told them about the error code.

They instantly dismissed the speed sensor and told me the REAL issue is with my transmission.

They specifically told me they'd seen this problem before, and that they KNEW what the solution was, and that replacing the $60 speed sensor would be a waste of time and money.

They made some phone calls and told me the parts for the repair would run me nearly $2,000 labor NOT included.

Then I took my car to my regular mechanic, and he said the other guys were wrong (and trying to rip me off), and he simply replaced my speed sensor.

The problem was fixed, my car shifted properly again, and the fix cost me less than $200.

Kohl's had instantly dismissed the actual problem as a distraction, and tried to extract over $2000 from me to NOT fix the problem.

So if you like your time and money being wasted, these are the guys for you.

Comment : Today as it’s my first vacation day here in the area, my dog and I were driving around getting to know the area better. My truck began running “odd”, so I stopped by Torgeson Motors, where the Mayor, Kenny, helped diagnosing trucks issues. With his busy schedule he sent me “down the road” to Kohl’s motors where I was offered delicious coffee and my dog, Milly and I could rest in comfort while the truck was being fixed. After about 40 minutes, we were all set and good go!!!
I had the friendliest experience with the ladies in the office and the men working on my truck were efficient and quick and kind as well. If and when I decide to Move to the area; I’ll keep them in mind for any future mechanical issues.

Comment : Had a very positive experience with Kohl?s Motors! I was in a time crunch before starting a big road trip out of the area when I had an issue with a sensor in my Volvo. Gayle and her team took great care of me and replaced the part, looked for any extra issues, and sent me on my way within the hour, making sure I had a safe trip and made it on time. Quick, efficient, and effective. Highly recommend!

Comment : This shop is simply awesome. It is always a challenge to find a competent and honest mechanic shop and Kohl Motors is the definition of both. They are super professional, knowledgeable, resourceful, amicable and honest. I would never take any vehicle to a different auto shop. Highly recommended.
