Comment : I brought my van in for two issues: the e-brake and the transmission. They charged me almost $800 and kept my business vehicle for nearly two weeks just to fix the brake, which left me unable to work and out of money. The transmission problem was never fixed. They blamed it on a recall, even though I told them from the start it was a separate issue. I had the recalled fixed and the dealership later confirmed the recall had nothing to do with it. They charged me an almost $200 diagnotic fee to tell me what I already me.

When I called back, they told me to bring the van in again and tried to charge me the $200 again just to look at the same problem a second time. The woman at the desk agreed the fee would be waived until the man standing next to her said I would still be charged. Only after I said I was disappointed in thier customer service and planned to leave a bad review did they suddenly offer me a free one-hour diagnostic. I would not take the chance of being overcharged here again and left.

This shop wasted my time, my money, and left my main issue unresolved. As a fellow small business owner this was unacceptable behavior.

Comment : WARNING! DON'T GO HERE! Went there, awful customer service from guy behind the counter, mechanic had no clue, tried to justify a cost of repair for $800. Went to an actual place that was knowledgeable and repaired the issue for part and labor it was $240.

Comment : Have had some servicing done at short notice a few times here, the staff was always friendly, the location convenient and I like that they have online appointment set up. They do a great job communicating/keeping in touch - I so appreciate this as unfortunately it is pretty rare in business interactions nowadays, it is great to get updates without having to beg for them.
