Comment : I had a great experience at Kneble’s auto service shop. Nancy was at the front desk was extremely professional, patient, and easy to talk to. What really stood out was how well she understood my concerns — even when I had trouble explaining what was going on with my car, she seemed to immediately get it and guided me in the right direction.

Her communication made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s not often you come across someone who listens that carefully and truly understands what you’re trying to say. I will keep it as my primary auto care permanently from now on. Highly recommended this place for their excellent customer service and also highly recommend it to friends and family.
