Comment : Have been coming here for about 4 years and they are amazing! They can usually get most services same day. Keith and Parker are kind, helpful and honest. I never have felt they were pushing for unnecessary repairs or taking advantage of my lack of car knowledge. Chose Knapps because they specialize in Subarus and keep come for the honest work! They also warranty their work in most cases (so far all of my services have been)

Thank you guys for always being there to take care of my baby!

Comment : Been bringing my car to Knapp’s for many years now. Always an easy experience. My family runs a similar shop in another city, and going to Knapp's reminds me of how they operate. Family-run, trustworthy, quality work, transparent timing and pricing. I'm not going to say I love going here because, honestly, who loves getting their car repaired! But when you do need it, it's the best place to go.

Comment : great service again @ Knapp's! Nice guys who know what they are doing and explain everything in detail and don't try to scam you. Plus, they fit you in and work pretty quickly. They have addressed my tire issues, pressure, and oil and engine problems. I definitely will keep coming back!

Comment : Genuinely some of the nicest chillest people. They know their worth because they clearly do good work.
My situation sucked, engine blew randomly despite regular maintenance and insurance refused to help, and although it wasn?t worth it to fix it, they were super patient and even helped give me advice on what a good next move would be to make. This was all despite the fact that AAA towed my car there and it was there for probably a lot longer than it should have been.
Even though this ain?t a regular ?they did X work on my car? review, the way they were to me, and how I saw them interact with other customers, I would absolutely trust them with any vehicle.

Comment : I don't need service often. But when I do, nobody beats Knapp's. Tow driver Keith is prompt, communicates ETA's well and very knowledgeable. Turnaround on repairs is always on-time or ahead of schedule.
