Comment : Knapps has always been honest, reliable, and extremely efficient. I’ve never thought of taking my car anywhere else - these guys will take care of your vehicle and you. They aren’t going to nickel and dime you, and they are always happy to explain things for someone like me who doesn’t know a ton about the ins and outs of car maintenance. I’ll always be a customer. Love this shop and cannot recommend it enough!

Comment : I am a returning customer, and I have always had a good experience. My tire blew on the highway and they were able to get me in on the same day. They even let me use their loaner car while the repairs were made. Will be back.

Comment : I am a retuning customer , if you find a reliable mechanic you can trust it makes car repair a no brainer. I live on the East side of Cleveland and have had my cars and my kids cars repaired at Knapps. They let you know step by step the repairs you need and provided me with one of their loaners. Comment : I just moved here an did not know where to take my car and then I looked up mechanics in lakewood and saw Knapps Had great reviews.
So now I am writing another one. I went in for an oil change but they found complications and i'm so glad they did because they saved me a lot of money down the line. They are kind and efficient And I feel they are really honest And not overpriced. I dropped my car off and Keith took me back to my house and picked me up when the car ready which is a great service. Comment : I’m very pleased with the service Knapp’s provided. The only problem was that I called on a Monday and they didn’t have any available appointments until the Friday of the same week. My car had the engine light on and was having problems with acceleration.
The same Friday morning I left my car there, they called me with the diagnostic for it, and the price to fix it seems to be pretty fair. I had the car back in the same day.
Very satisfied with the service, and the staff was very friendly and patient, explaining the service
