Comment : World Class Experience with this Dealership.
Outstanding people that are there to make the entire experience so wonderful.This is my (3) vehicle purchased from Klick Lewis and each one has been an exceptional and outstanding experience. From my home it is 55 miles to the dealership and the distance is not a factor as the people are there to greet me from my arrival to departure. From sales, service & parts there staff is so accommodating and informative with your needs. Their waiting lounge is very accommodating with a progress screen if you are waiting for repairs or inspections.
I strongly recommend this Dealership for anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle. Two of my vehicles were Corvette’s that I built online by me and assistance from their Sales Team. This experience was outstanding as it exceeded my expectations.
I recommend potential customer’s consider Klick Lewis. My sales person for my last (2) vehicles was Andre who is exceptional knowledgeable on new and used vehicles. Comment : I bought my Mazda Cx-5 at GoAuto in Lancaster, part of Klick Lewis Palmyra. I liked a vehicle on their website and was emailed by Michael Meile that same day. When I visited the lot, I was greeted by Michael and we talked about what I was looking for, we walked the lot and he showed me all the vehicles property. Then he showed all available vehicles on the website. I saw one on the website that really caught my eye and he had it brought to Lancaster the next day. I went back and did a test drive, I fell in love with the vehicle (Mazda Cx-5) and went home with it that day! I didn't buy that vehicle I originally liked or that day, but Michael listened to me and was very friendly and professional and explained the whole buying process. He even gave my granddaughter a bag of snacks. Thank you Michael for listening and being so helpful.

Nick was extremely helpful in getting me a great vehicle with the funds I had. I walked in at 9 am without a car, and drove out 4 hours later with a very nice Mazda cx5. Amazing service!!!

Comment : I just purchased a 2026 Chevy Trax RS from Klick Lewis. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the initial greeting from our salesman Jared Uhrich who was very professional, courteous, and super knowledgeable to Joe Bossart who secured the financing seamlessly and even hooked me up with a great extended warranty program that caters directly to my driving practices. And let’s not forget Jeff Gregoris who’s only job was to transfer my auto insurance but went above and beyond by referring me to another insurance company that saved me over $1800 a year! I didn’t ask for the Klick Lewis “dream team” but I sure got them! Do yourself a favor, if you’re in the market for a new car, go see these three at Klick Lewis. You will NOT be disappointed.
