Comment : Klaben Ford is on top of my list of places to get new or used cars due to their customer service being top notch. They were very helpful to me with my recent purchase after having a car totaled due to a hailstorm. From the Body Shop to the Sales Team, they helped me get into a newer used car within a short time.

Comment : Had to leave my Aviator for a transmission issue. My maintenance rep,Anthony, sat me up with a nautilus for the down time. Repair took eight days but I had to leave on a trip before that. Anthony kept me updated on progress and arranged to have the loaner for an additional time required for my trip. He wanted to make sure my car was fully tested Peyton me driving it on a multi state trip. I greatly appreciate his communication during the process. All repairs completed to my satisfaction without any big impact to my family. Appreciate the professionalism of the Klaben team.

Comment : Kim Wolfram and the entire service staff at Klaben are the best at what they do. Everything is handled efficiently and you?re kept very well informed on the status of repairs. The video inspection rounds it out so you can actually see under your car and trust that everything has been thoroughly checked and if it needs attention, you know you can trust the recommendation.

Comment : I received top-tier service from the moment I entered the dealership. I was greeted by two hostess that offered myself and family beverages. Tim Sterling is the best! He answered all my questions without any hesitation he really knows his stuff I can tell he takes pride in his work. I didn?t feel any pressure, I was very impressed with his professionalism.. Comment : This is my 2nd vehicle from Klaben Ford and 2nd from Tyler Kline. I was so happy with my 1st experience, I didn't even think to call around and made the 50 minute drive and straight to Tyler Kline. We had a deal worked out faster than I could've imagined. He knew exactly what I wanted from the 1st deal and made it happen. If you want a Ford, you have to call Tyler.

Financing was the same experience. Straight to the point, explained everything, crystal clear. Justin Fisher was amazing to work with finalizing the financing side.

Comment : My car was totaled in a hail storm. I was so beyond stress with the state of the world that I wouldn't be able to get a new car. Enter Tim Sterling. He is the most amazing, charismatic car guy I know. He puts you first, Everytime! With Tim and the Klaben team of Warren, i was able to get a bronco sport and it didnt cost me and arm and a leg. Love this team!

Comment : Had a great experience yesterday (and for the past 6 years) working with David, Jenn and the team leasing another Explorer. Very professional, friendly and makes the process very smooth, especially for someone who dreads this process. Accommodating and able to make my price point, dropped the car off. I highly recommend working with them!
