Comment : The police had this company tow my truck and trailer after an accident. I did not hire them myself. When I received the invoice, I was shocked — they charged me over $23,000 for 10 days. The bill was full of extra charges for equipment and services that were never used.

They basically padded the invoice to make the amount outrageously high. This is price gouging and taking advantage of truckers in a vulnerable situation. What should have been a straightforward tow turned into a scam.

I strongly warn anyone in the trucking industry: watch out for this company and review your invoices carefully if you ever get stuck dealing with them.

Comment : They talked down to me during every interaction and never quote the price up front. Then when you come to pick up, the price is always higher and they give a weak explanation at best. Save your time and money.

Comment : Back in May of 2023. I was traveling from Michigan to Texas. I hit a deer in Ohio. The cop gave me some suggestions on getting a tow and repairs. I chose KK it was closer to where I was. It seemed like a long time as I had my 2 dogs with me but I think they got to me in a 4-5 hour time frame which is understandable considering it was early in the morning and before they opened when it happened. They helped me get a rental car and worked with my insurance and stayed in contact for the month they had my vehicle working on it. It’s been 2 years and you can’t tell it ever happened. I’ve had no mechanical issues or exterior issues since they did their work on it.
If I lived there or closer they would be my go to for collision and body work.

Comment : Had the good fortune of working with Allan when I needed help diagnosing and repairing an oil leak caused by another company. He is a great mechanic and a better guy, and made sure I got back out on the road safely. Highly recommend his services and KK Collision.
