Comment : Unfortunately they weren't able to complete the fixing of the problem with my car .But I was very impressed on them finding someone with more experience with my type of vehicle. I would recommend KJ Lee's based on the honesty alone .

Comment : So I got into an accident, not my fault. My car started overheating, so at the request of a family member I chose to let KJ Lee’s work on the issues. The first day during business hours, no one answered the phone, so I went down there and apparently they had gone home and it was only 9am. Finally we get there on a different day and drop off the car. They say nothing is wrong with it, and they did some service and “reconnected” the fan. The car was seeming to work ok, but I was extremely skeptical, and let them know I felt like it would happen again. “We can’t find anything wrong with it, our guy took it for a drive and really gave it its all.” Then we get a call saying they will start charging per day if we don’t come pick it up. Well I’m on my way home from work on the freeway and now I’m stranded because the car overheated again. I called and all Ray could say was well, I believe you, and you can bring it back. Maybe if he would have “believed” me in the first place! Never again will I use this crap place, if they would have listened in the first place I wouldn’t be in this position.
