Comment : My son has his vehicle there currently and they quoted him a price then came back after the work was done and said oh by the way it's actually going to be more than we thought because we had to do more work(that they did not consult with him before doing). And this is after they said that they would not put brand new parts back on the vehicle(that had to be disassembled during diagnostics)! So he is essentially paying for parts that were in good working order(and brand new) but had to be taken off to identify the issue. I am pissed! These people are crooks!!

Comment : One of the worst experiences I ever had. I came in asking for a simple service on a older vehicle which another shop did for 40 bucks. Told me I had to leave a 1500 dollar deposit without informing a 1000 was going just towards diagnostics. I chose to take my vehicle to be then informed it was 200 plus dollars for them hooking up code reader when i first got there. Prices or charges are not listed and no one was transparent. Once I got the truck back the battery was dead. Never again!!!

Comment : Tried to charge me 500 for a diagnostic and said the money was for his mechanic expertise and time and then wouldn’t tell me if that fee would go into the repairs or not so I didn’t go to them to get work done on my car 500 for a diagnostic is ridiculous.
