They told her that it need $4k worth of work and had a pin hole leak in the radiator. It don’t. The turbo has a leak. Don’t take your vehicle here for service. They have a great team that works for the consumers. 1 Reviews Monsour saleh Vicksburg, MS Reviewed : 09/21/2025 Comment : Terrible service and Incompetent management.I brought my 14th-gen F-150 with a 10R80 transmission and under 32,000 miles to the dealership for a transmission fluid change. 5 miles after leaving, I started noticing rough shifting, slipping between gears, and smoke. I also saw fluid leaking underneath the truck.When I took it back, the service advisor told me their flush machine had overfilled the transmission and that the smoke and fluid were just excess coming out of the vent tube. Even after they kept the truck for another 3 days, did another flush, and changed the filter, the problems didn’t go away. At that point, the service advisor claimed the transmission itself was bad and even tried to blame me for choosing to change the fluid early, before Ford’s recommended 150,000-mile interval. What makes this frustrating is that the same advisor had originally told me early fluid changes were a smart move to help the 10R80 last longer.Since nothing they did fixed the issue, I checked the transmission myself. The dipstick showed the fluid was way too high, up at the “2” mark, when Ford’s procedure says it should be between the 5 and 6 range. I also confirmed this with Ford’s tech team. Ford’s own service manual makes it clear that overfilling can cause transmission problems, and that’s exactly what I was experiencing.I drained the extra fluid out myself, and since then the transmission has been running perfectly—no slipping, no jerky shifts, no smoke, no leaks.
