Comment : Said they changed my spark plugs, when I had the threads broken off in the spark plug hole for one spark plug. They asked if I wanted them all changed and I said yes. They charged me $565 and I proved to them and my 2 neighbors who can vouch for me that they didn't do it. In fact, the plug that had the threads stuck, they half ass fixed that to get the threads out and instead of putting a new plug in that, they actually put an old plug in it. I also have the refund check to prove it. Greg the service manager, I should of punched that f'ing guy in the face. YELP - DO NOT DELETE THIS AT ANYONE'S REQUEST. This is all true and a person who does this to a customer should be in hand cuffs because it is no different than a person stealing from a business. They did not render the services I paid for - that is theft. This happened 5/2025 and I am still so damn mad about this it drives me nuts! Super pissed!!!!!

Comment : Do not trust under any circumstances. I did at one time. I proved and still can they did not do the work and charged me. My neighbors are witnesses. Got a full refund. Also told me I had blown head gasket so I went out and bought a 2nd car I did not need. I did not have a blown head gasket. I am extremely f**kng still pissed at this. Guy at the desk summed me up wrong. He actually pushed me out the door when I picked the car up before I realized they did not do the work. This was prior to being told that it had a blown head gasket. I went to Delaware County Pennsylvania Consumer Affairs and PA State Attorney General.

Comment : Long story short - me, my wife and daughter got a flat in the parking lot behind King’s Autmotive on Saturday 6/14/25 later in the afternoon. I happened to ask a guy loading his car if he knew if the business we were behind (King’s - which I couldn’t see at the time) was an automotive repair business or not. He said yes but they’re closed for a customer/family appreciation day but offered to help. He came over with his son, took a look at the tire and not only jacked the truck up himself, he went to King’s, got his tools, took the lug nuts off in seconds, replaced the tire with the spare from under the truck with his son and did not want a damn thing for it. As a matter of fact refused.
His name is Matt and works for this business. I will ALWAYS recommend this place (and Matt) for helping my family get moving in a matter of minutes out of the kindness of their hearts - for what would’ve taken me a significant amount of time since I was totally unprepared for the situation.

Thank you Matt from King’s Automotive. You made our night and let us get our daughter to her first Phillies game (early)!

Comment : Without question the most expensive oil change/ inspection I have ever received, aside from the requested services at drop off, they changed some air filters. $411 pre tax- go anywhere else. If you are charging $95+ for labor on changing filters, you're running a scam.
