Comment : Took the car I just bought not even a month ago. It is pre owned. I was driving on the freeway with my small children. I'm literally 5 cars away and it starts flashing collision warning on dashboard and breaks automatically on the freeway in almost got hit! They said there was nothing wrong with it, I picked it up and it still doing the same thing. They need better mechanics Kia. Same thing happened when I took my telluride in.

Comment : This is the first time the service was not good. We were there for 5 hours on a Sunday and no one ever came to tell me my car was ready. After looking for the service agent who was no where to be found I asked another agent I was them informed my service agent was gone for the day and the paperwork stating my car was ready for who knows how long.
