Comment : I was charged a diagnostic fee to determine the service that I brought the car in for was needed. Also charged for services that should have been completed when my car was in for routine maintenance that was done 1 month prior.

Andrew, the salesman who assisted me, was particularly helpful. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles, patiently answered all my questions, and wasn't pushy at all.
