Comment : I brought my truck in after another shop told me I had blown head gaskets and needed a new engine. The service team at Key Chevrolet GMC did a thorough diagnostic, including an overnight pressure test, and found the real issue was a water pump gasket. They replaced the gasket, belts, and tensioners, then retested everything to confirm the cooling system was solid.

Instead of pushing me into major work, they saved me thousands of dollars by diagnosing and fixing the real problem. The professionalism and honesty here stood out. I highly recommend their service department for anyone who wants straight answers and quality work.

Comment : I had to do an engine swap in my 2020 Sierra Denali Ultimate. Newport GMC was the only dealership that I could find that offered a loaner vehicle. They provided me with a loaner for the whole time my truck was down. They were all very kind, supportive and helpful in any way they could be. I have dealt with many dealerships service departments in my day, Newport was the best experience I've had so far. They are an hour away from me, and I will still use them in the future. I even had an seperate issue after getting my truck back so I called to ask a question about it, to try to figure it out myself. They answered my questions and also emailed me spec sheets and info on how to handle it. Thanks!

Comment : My experience was great with one exception, once arriving home I realized that the SD card was missing and tried to work with the dealership to have replaced as the truck sale indicated internet capable. To no avail, no one was able to provide a replacement.

Comment : Bought a car from them over the phone since I'm in a not so close area of Vermont. It was quick and easy, low pressure and a really good deal. Ethan was great to work with. I was selling my old car elsewhere but not close to where I live so to make it easier they drove the new car to that location. I was able to sell my old car and hop into the new one without a hassle.

Comment : Went to Key Chevy GMC. Needed to get out of what I currently had in a pinch and Diego helped me thru the process so smoothly. I was in and out in less than 2 hours which is rare! He was super helpful with any questions, concerns or with the things I wanted! I will certainly be coming back when it’s time for my next vehicle!
