Comment : I bought my dream car from Key in Feb 2026. The sales associate (Sean) we worked with has since left the dealership. He was wonderful to work with. He made the process very fast for me given I had my little one with me. Everyone we came in contact with was super nice and friendly and offered to assist me if I needed anything after Sean’s departure from the dealership.
The only reason I did 4 stars instead of 5 is because the second key was missing for my new car for a bit and it was found a few weeks later - had driven up to get it it but it was not there when I showed up.
They ended up offering to ship it overnight to me which was nice!
9/10 and will be back!

Comment : It was easy to make an appointment, and I was able get an appointment within 24 hours. During the service I was kept well informed of progress. ln addition, I was informed there was a recall notice on my vehicle which they performed the repair during the same appointment.

Comment : I had a good experience here. My salesman knew I had limited time and worked quickly around my schedule. I would certainly buy here again!

EDIT- my wife was interested in trading her Subaru for a new terrain at4 so I reached out to them. Was very upfront on the fact that she was leasing and it would be maturing soon. Also that our time was limited so we didn?t have time to waste. We asked for a virtual appraisal to see tentatively where the payments would be and were asked to come in and was boldly assured our time wouldn?t be wasted and it?d be worth the trip. We got there and she loved the terrain. We sat down with the salesman and asked about numbers. He started a credit application without asking. She really liked the vehicle so agreed to the credit check although weary of the sneakiness. After 30-45 minutes the salesman came back ant told her she?d be better off sticking with a Subaru and that the at4 payments would be $150-200 over our budget. He gave us no actual trade numbers or other useful info. We left frustrated and disappointed. She decided to look into Chevy equinox?s instead as they were a fair amount cheaper. We reached out again for numbers. They had her trade appraised and credit check so it should have been easy. Nope! took days with TERRIBLE communication to get info we should of had BEFORE our first visit. Subaru doesn?t let other manufactures buy out leases. Was told they?d be willing to pay off her lease and we?d turn it back into Subaru and but the Chevy. Okay, cool! Then we were completely cut off communication wise. What a lousy potential buying experience. We?re still considering a terrain or equinox but will NOT be buying it from here. What a bad way to treat a returning customer.
