Comment : I had an outstanding experience with Key Chevy of Newport, NH! The service team was professional, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. Fred went above and beyond—he got the parts rushed in, guided me through every step, and helped me find a fast and cost-effective solution to fix the four-wheel drive linkage—all within 48 hours. I couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

On top of that, they provided a complimentary inspection, identified an additional issue with the truck’s exhaust manifold, and even threw in a complimentary Carfax report. Exceptional service from start to finish!

Comment : Just bought an 80 k truck and my salesmen was great buying process was very easy. Although I bought a truck with a plow package. Every other dealer I have experienced has been fantastic and will toss in a used plow or work a new one into the deal same with controller and other odds and ends to get you started. They sold me a truck with bald tires I’ve been trying for almost two weeks and keep getting the run around oh this guys not in oh we gotta find them. For the record I used to be the guy that finds that stuff for key it’s a 10 min search. Key do better and the sad part is it’s not even my salesman it’s management

Comment : I brought my truck in after another shop told me I had blown head gaskets and needed a new engine. The service team at Key Chevrolet GMC did a thorough diagnostic, including an overnight pressure test, and found the real issue was a water pump gasket. They replaced the gasket, belts, and tensioners, then retested everything to confirm the cooling system was solid.

Instead of pushing me into major work, they saved me thousands of dollars by diagnosing and fixing the real problem. The professionalism and honesty here stood out. I highly recommend their service department for anyone who wants straight answers and quality work.

Comment : I had to do an engine swap in my 2020 Sierra Denali Ultimate. Newport GMC was the only dealership that I could find that offered a loaner vehicle. They provided me with a loaner for the whole time my truck was down. They were all very kind, supportive and helpful in any way they could be. I have dealt with many dealerships service departments in my day, Newport was the best experience I've had so far. They are an hour away from me, and I will still use them in the future. I even had an seperate issue after getting my truck back so I called to ask a question about it, to try to figure it out myself. They answered my questions and also emailed me spec sheets and info on how to handle it. Thanks!
