Comment : 4 months later and still NO referel check, wasn't expecting anything but when the salesmen says the purchaser and the person that referred will get a check in the mail that should happen, seems like their baiting to me, not a good look

Comment : Worst place. I don't even trust them. And they broke my keys for my car and wouldn't replace them. Also, don't buy a car unless you want 10+ hard poles on your credit. My worst life decision.

Comment : A diamond in the rough! I’ve never had a positive experience while buying a car, until key auto. They were so helpful, transparent about costs, and did not try to sell me on unnecessary accessories/fees. And just seem like genuinely nice people. Highly recommend this place!

Comment : I bought a used Kona there a week ago. The people were great and very helpful. I usually buy a used car when the I feel the need for another car. I will go there again.

Comment : Late sending sales tax check! Decent deal, no negotiation, took care of some cosmetic scratches for me, but I can t register the car without this check doesn t matter how good of a deal it is if I can t drive it :/

Comment : Terrible customer service. Did a credit app online, dean called me to confirm. Called back a few hours later to see if they had anything for me. As dean is rudely chewing and smacking his lips in my ear he says when I know you???ll know and then hangs up on me. This is NOT the place you want to buy a car from!
