Comment : Had a great experience here. In one day, they were able to fix a headlight that had been misdiagnosed by 2 other shops, fix my washer fluid sprayers which has been kinked in two separate places by Dane Motors while doing a separate job, and got my AC blowing cold, which I had also paid Dane to fix and it didn't work at all.

This shop exceeded my expectations with communication, speed, and the actual service they did to my vehicle. Will definitely be back for future issues!

Comment : I had a great experience at Kevin?s Auto Care! The team was incredibly friendly from the moment I walked in, making me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. They didn?t make me feel rushed or pressured. The service was quick. It?s not always easy to find a shop you can trust, but Kevin?s Auto Care definitely earned mine. Comment : We have been here for two separate issues and both experiences were wonderful. Most recently we took our care in to les schwab to patch a tire and they "found" a grouping of other issues with a quote to fix it of 2000 dollars. This felt excessive given no issues with our car. We brought the quote to Kevin's and not only did they answer the phone immediately and provide great customer service, they got my car in within one business day, told me they'd assess the quote from les schwab for free, and then provide a quote on what they would do. It turns out only one of the 6 issues les schwab brought up was legit and they let us know why each of the other issues were not problematic and quoted us 400 dollars to fix the one issue as well as assessed the rest of the vehicle to determine if there were other issues. After fixing the problem in one day they called my wife immediately and gave her the run down of the rest of the vehicle with no urgent fixes but an itemized list of what to look out for all without charge. Their responsiveness and customer service astounded both my wife and I and we are very thankful for the transparency and incredible service experience. I have already recommended this place to two work colleagues and will continue to do so. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience in an industry that is very difficult to trust.

Comment : This is a rare, honest auto repair shop. The thing that impressed me was that they don't charge for diagnosis, and discuss what needs to be done prior to doing the work. They are personable and professional. I will be back. Thank you.
