The issue was an Interstate Battery Warranty policy. Since we purchased the battery the warranty had changed.

K&F gave us a call and explained the situation. They were even kind enough to refund us the original purchase price.

Comment : A few weeks ago, I came here to get my tire fixed up because it had a screw in it. Even though they were busy with other appointments, they managed to squeeze in some time for my vehicle. Jay is very helpful, knowledgeable on tires, and great with communication.
I’ve been coming here for years and I have never had a bad experience. The Kershaw and Fritz team will take good care of you! Thank you guys!!
