Comment : Darin, with Kentucky Auto Services & Towing, drove the tow truck to pick up my car when it wouldn t start. He was very friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Before putting my car on the truck, he tested the battery and it was dead. He suggested going to a shop like AutoZone to purchase a battery while it was charged. He said they would probably put it in for me - which they did. He also suggested having my alternator checked. Turns out, I also needed to replace my alternator. Had he not suggested it, I would ve continued to drive my car, and the alternator would ve gone out with no warning. So a big thank you to Darin for helping me and giving me advice! Comment : Towing was fine, they suggested to my teenage son that they could fix it instead of taking it to the garage he asked for. They said they repaired something but now no radio working, screen for radio is black, car is locked up until it warms for 15 minutes! He left far with far more issues than he arrived with. Never going there again

Comment : I had been locked out of my truck for over 5 hours and AAA had sent 4 drivers. One showed the other three did not. Mike called me and came out in his own vehicle and got my keys in minutes. He was kind and quick. I will recommend this company and Mike to friends and family. Thank you Mike.
