Comment : Can't express how happy I was to get same day service. I choose this shop because it was close to where I broke down. Without knowing how terrific there are . They towed me and found my alternator was bad. Which is what I thought. I will be using them from now on. And tell all my friends.......If they don't go. They are missing out. Thanks again

Comment : On May 27th at 5:15 p.m. my BMW X3 was hit by this tow truck company (license plate#H9X765). Unfortunately I did not file a police report or get the driver's statement (lesson learned} but he clearly admitted he hit me as he was trying to exit the parking lot and stated I was in his blind spot. He provided me his insurance info and asked me to call the shop the next day and the owners would take care of fixing my vehicle damages. Since the accident wasn't severe damage and we both were going very slow I didn't report this to my insurance company since they were at fault and no one was injured. Here we are almost 3 months later and I'm being told the driver now denies liability and they are not going to pay for the damages. I tried calling to speak with the owner and Bobbie and she was very rude and did not even want to talk to me. This company has been avoiding me and the insurance agent for months and has very poor communication and customer service. Now if the driver wasn't at fault why wouldn't he have asked for any of my information??? He supplied me with his company insurance info and business card and told me to contact the shop the next day. This is very frustrating and I am in the process of obtaining video footage from one of the surrounding local businesses so that I can file a police report and inform their insurance company they are liars. I just got my new car in November 2024 and this has been extremely stressful especially when this company avoids you and doesn't take accountability all because they don't want their commercial insurance policy to increase. All I want is my car restored back to the original state and for this company to do the right thing and be professional about it!

Comment : My wheel bearing went out on my Chevy Express. Had it fixed pretty much same day and at a very reasonable affordable price. This is my first time getting auto work done at a shop since moving to KY. This is now the shop I will be bringing all my equipment to.

Comment : I have taken a vehicle here for some extensive work to fix gasket leaks, replace an oil plan, fix a steering rack and pinion, a timing belt and more. I am pleased with the quality of work, the estimates on cost and timing were accurate, and good customer service follow up. Will return for future repair needs.
