Comment : Darin, with Kentucky Auto Services & Towing, drove the tow truck to pick up my car when it wouldn t start. He was very friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Before putting my car on the truck, he tested the battery and it was dead. He suggested going to a shop like AutoZone to purchase a battery while it was charged. He said they would probably put it in for me - which they did. He also suggested having my alternator checked. Turns out, I also needed to replace my alternator. Had he not suggested it, I would ve continued to drive my car, and the alternator would ve gone out with no warning. So a big thank you to Darin for helping me and giving me advice!
