Comment : Jeff has ran this place into the ground. I picked up my car and one of the items was not addressed. They tried to schedule it for two weeks away. I said fix it now or give me my money back! They fixed it on the spot. Absurd! And there it is the classic Medford mechanic denial.!

Comment : I had Ken Scales Automotive go through my 2004 Ford Econoline van I purchased recently to correct things I knew needed repair and to look for other mechanical issues needing repair. I bought this van to use as a camping van. They did a great job of fixing everything they found so I could safely take this it on a trip.
