Comment : The tall gentleman at the service counter with dark hair was so rude to me when I called last week regarding a check engine light on my daughter?s car I came in today I asked him do you think this is a normal thing for a car with only 20,000 miles, etc. etc. and he?s like well. It happens. He was so rude. It was ridiculous and then another gentleman was trying to explain to me about the part that it needed and then I asked something about the warranty and he was like well I guess so it?s covered.
I called Mike who is the manager and Mike was so wonderful and explained everything to me made me feel so much better. That is how the gentleman at the service counter should be acting. Don?t be in customer service if you?re gonna treat people rude. So unprofessional!

Comment : Took my Kia Sorento here for vibration in front end. 28k on it. Said there was nothing wrong with it must be the tires and wanted to sell me four tires and an alignment. I got the tires and alignment elsewhere. Had to since they didn't find the issue. Wasn't the problem. Took it to the Boardman store and they had it fixed in a day. Wheel bearings.

Comment : I had an outstanding experience at the service department at Ken Ganley KIA in Alliance. Brent Steed was the one who helped us, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and clearly explained. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting things done right and making the experience stress-free. It’s rare to find someone this helpful and sharp, if anyone deserves a raise or recognition, it’s Brent. Highly recommend asking for him if you want top-tier service!

Comment : Tried to call. They're open but I keep getting a guy who sounds like he's in the restroom and he says "hello" but then nothing. Tried another number and it's busy forever. Sounds like a real hill jack place to be honest. I'm moving on.

Comment : Untruthful with my air filter bringing out a random dirty one saying it was mine when it wasn't. When I returned home my husband checked and it was clean. Prices were also higher than others. Would not recommend.

Comment : Don’t buy from dealership, got scammed on a used truck. It had rust on the frame but, it was not mentioned that there was inner rust in the frame.
