Comment : We rented an RV to go to the Eagles game and upon arriving found out that the vehicle had been winterized and the bathroom was non functional unless we purchased antifreeze on our own and got the system going again. Also there would be additional cost of a $155 dollars to re winterize and clean the tank. We did that since that was one of the main reasons we rented the RV (so we would have a bathroom at the tailgate). Once we set up the bathroom we learned the hard way that it had problems as the connections behind the toilet all leaked and sprayed water and antifreeze out the back of the toilet which kept the floor of the RV covered in antifreeze water until all the water came out of the tank. When we returned the RV and told John the rental agent he didn't seem to care just saying "oh we will ge that fixed" and offering no compensation. In addition we returned the RV with more gas than we rented it with but were charged $55 for gas. According to John there was a sensor in the vehicle which reported back to Cruise RV in California and he had no control over any gas charges. We both knew there was no sensor like this and he was generating the gas charge but he committed to this lie, charged my card and told me I could call Cruise RV when they opened if I had a problem with the gas charge. I called the number he gave me (which was reservations) and they gave me. an email for Customer Relations. To their credit they immediately refunded the money he stole from me (in my opinion). Comment : The only place I never felt like I was being ripped off when getting a repair done. They care about the work they are doing, understand the costs, work on solutions and treat you right. All 6 of my cars go here so I have piece of mind.

Comment : These folks are the real deal. Rented an RV from them and forgot my wallet in it. I had to fly back to Michigan where I live and they overnighted it to me. I didn???t have enough cash for shipping but they covered me until i received it and paid them back over the phone. Honest business with a good heart. Faith in humanity restored.As far as the RV service goes, fantastic. No complaints. Everything worked well. We had full gas and fresh water tank to start. They weren???t stingy on the return, though we did our best to keep it in pristine shape. Will be back to rent if I???m ever back in the area.These folks are the real deal. Comment : They returned a Phish fan's wallet to them that they lost in their rented vehicle with all the money in it and trusted him to follow-up with the shipping costs (which they of course did). Kudos to them for being honest folks. Pay it forward!
