Comment : We’ve now been to Kelly’s Automotive twice, once for me and once for my son, and each time we were treated with so much respect, consideration, and genuine kindness. My son’s appointment happened to fall on his 21st birthday, and the team was so gracious, they even left a little birthday gift in his car as a surprise when he picked it up.

I have never in all my years been to an automotive shop that is this clean, organized, and truly caring. The comfort they provide and the way they go above and beyond is something you just don’t find very often.

We are so grateful we were recommended to this shop. Kelly’s has absolutely earned a loyal customer in our family. Highly recommend!

Comment : Dads truck broke down around Grants Pass yesterday right on the dangerous area of the freeway. He was able to get AAA to tow him to "Kelly's Automotive Services". Dads truck and his phone were unreliable, but Kelly's Automotive Service went way beyond customer service. They not only picked him up but the owners son drove my dad to his doctors appointment up in Medford and waited there till they were done and brought dad back. Not only that but the waiting room at Kelly's automotive was very nice and dad was very impressed. Their answering machine had a couple funny jokes. And the Owner was so accommodating and kind. I wish other businesses were so polite, kind and outgoing. Its a very rare quality these days. I know I do what I can to help my customers at my store the "Whimsical Griffin" In Brookings. Comment : Like so many others, we have Kelly's Automotive to thank for saving our road trip. Our rental car broke down just north of Grants Pass. Kelly's knew we were in a jam, so they diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. The whole experience was transparent, professional, and so much better than the average garage. Comment : Thank you KELLY’s for your quick response to my need! I work here in Grants Pass but live in Roseburg—70+ miles away. When my truck started emptying all of its transmission fluid out on the ground I knew I was in trouble! A friend suggested I have the truck towed to Kelly’s for repair. Even though there was a week long wait before getting to my car, they found a way to get it worked on MUCH QUICKER than expected! The transmission was not damaged but needed hoses and clips repaired!! An honest mechanic!!! THX!

Comment : Our transmission went south traveling from WA to CA, 30 miles from Grants Pass. We were on a family trip. Kelly’s Automotive helped us so much. Being willing to even look at the car put them ahead of everyone else at the starting line. Then they went above and beyond helping us feel comfortable, even gave us a ride to get dinner! Justin and Jared helped every step of the way. They were willing to work with our crazy schedule , no hassle whatsoever. Super knowledgeable, very professional, and just friendly and kind people there. I hope no one else has to have their car break down on I-5, but if you do make Kelly’s your first and last call.

Comment : I made an appointment online for 9 AM. When I arrived, they told me their system was down and they couldn’t fix my car until after the weekend. I explained I was trying to get to Seattle today, and Justin said they could do a diagnostic in 45 minutes. I waited three hours and paid $135 for them to tell me they THINK it’s the rear caliper, and that I MIGHT be fine to drive but they couldn’t say for sure. That’s not the certainty or professionalism I expected. The whole experience felt like a waste of time and money. I regret trusting the positive reviews, and I would not return.
