Comment : Bought a new car that turned out to have bad rotors and a low charge battery. The service department had the car for 6 days (34 days after we bought it). Replaced the rotors, battery still not charged even though thet assured me it was taken care of. Sales was okay but service is the worst I have ever experienced.

Comment : Today, I drove over an hour for my first oil change since I bought my car in Jan 2021. They also did a 5-pt check, suggested I have my tires balanced and noticed I needed new rotors on my front brakes. One of the Service Mgrs, John S., oversaw this work and fit all this in today, rather than make another apt for me to drive all the way back another day. I am so grateful for his thoughtfulness and work ethic in making sure I had a “safe” car to drive as well as giving me a hand with the cost of all this unexpected repair. I WILL drive an hour back for my next “oil change”! Thank you John and Service Dept. crew!!
