Comment : Keith stood out because he ran the shop like it was his name on the door, even if it isn?t. It had that small business feel where people still care about doing right by the customer. He was clear about what made sense, didn?t push extra work, and kept everything grounded and fair.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Took my car in for new tires and an alignment. From my initial phone conversation to the follow up call I received when he was checking to see how the car was driving (and also casually mention that he went ahead and knocked out the two small dents in my bumper), This was one of the most positive experiences I have every had with a mechanic and I am thrilled I have found someone I feel I can really trust. He even noticed my inspection sticker was expired and took care of it. In a world where we can feel customer service is dead, Keith restored my faith that there are still people out there that care.Took my car in for new tires and an alignment. Comment : I have been having problems my air-conditioning for over a month now and fire stone was overcharging me and was not given me a clear answer of what was wrong. I brought it to Mr. Keith he fixed it within one day and gave me a clear understanding of what he was doing. The entire experience was very quick and to the point, but also informative and seem like he cared about fixing my car. Best automotive place in Baton Rouge hands-down.
