Comment : My Chevy Avalanche has over a quarter of a million miles on it. A big reason for this is the service I've received from Keith's Automotive. Every repair is done right using original parts. It's great to have a mechanic team you can trust here in Highland.

Comment : I was traveling cross country, broke down and they got me in. Brought me to my hotel while my truck was being fixed and picked me up when it was ready. Everyone was kind curtious and professional even listening to some life stories...lol.

Comment : The employees at Keith’s Automotive Center went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. We cut a tire on I70 about 7 hours from home. Our vehicle does not have a spare .. only a tire repair kit .. so Keith’s automotive was going to attempt to patch the tire, but when that wasn’t possible they checked their inventory. They didn’t have the tire and could not get one until Monday (this was Friday afternoon). The technicians and office receptionist were so kind that they called around, found the right tire at a local big box store, drove there and purchased the tire, brought it back to Keith’s Automotive and installed and balanced it. We were back on the road in less than 2 hours from the time that we called the wrecker service. The Daibler Towing driver told us how service oriented the employees at Keith’s Automotive were and it’s a fact. They went out of their way to help us out 7 hours from home! We were thankful and appreciative of their caring attitude and willingness to help when we really needed it. I highly recommend Keith’s Automotive Center if you are in the Highland, Illinois area. Thank you!

As a long time customer, I feel like they have always prioritized my needs over making sales.
Can’t tell you how many times I’ve popped in randomly to have something looked at, and they squeezed me in to make sure my car was safe and good to go.

Really appreciate their whole team.
