Comment : CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!Recently, I'd gone in to have my vehicle serviced at Keith's ARS. It had trouble accelerated, borderline undrivable. Tech quoted me for a Crankshaft Position Sensor. It retails around $80-120. Awesome, I thought. That is until I received the service bill of $750! An arm and a leg for a problem that went unresolved. Not even 3 hours later!I'd of told you the Saints were playing at SB50 from the way that blindsided me.You can imagine my surprise no less when I read up on the part as well as others' experience and pricing on the same make of my car later that day. One thay stood out being a guy whom needed the Sensor and his left and right camshaft repaired, which earned him a $850 bill. The seethe I had to be only a $100 shorter than someone who had far more EXTENSIVE work required!Don't ignore the 1 star reviews here, we are noor unreasonable or malicious, however, I do believe beyond a shadow of a doubt the Keith's ARS are shameless SCALPERS. Comment : We take all our personal vehicles and recently I took my work vehicle. They are always so helpful and if they can???t fix it, they will refer you to someone else who can. Very trustworthy, fast service and great prices!

Comment : I recently visited this shop because my car???s steering became stiff and the battery light came on only in heavy rain. I suspected it was the serpentine belt slipping after getting wet and told the mechanic as much. After an inspection, they claimed the belt was "fine," but still charged me $70.65 for a "rack fee" just to look at it. The belt can be seen and replaced under the hood so I found it odd that they needed to put my car on the lift in the first place, but I would have liked to be informed of the price just to look at the car before taking it there.When I asked for a replacement, they quoted me $270 to change the belt! I decided to get a second opinion and took my car to another mechanic, who confirmed it was the serpentine belt and only charged me $80 for the replacement.This shop clearly overcharges and tries to take advantage of customers. Very disappointed with the service and the inflated pricing. Comment : Keith and Shirley are fantastic and have been in business for many years. They really take care of their customers. I'm driving back to California and wanted to get a check up to make sure my car is in good shape for it. No appointments needed as its first come first serve. If you're in a time crunch like me, I would recommend coming here. In less than 3 hours, they called me back letting me know my results. I ended up getting a conventional oil change, that comes eith battery check and air in tires. There is a 60 dollar but if you get service done, it's incorporated in the price. All in all I spent $87. If you're local or like me, I highly recommend coming here for thorough service and hospitality
