Comment : Service specials are great here and most service advisors are great. Great waiting area that rivals some Lexus dealerships. They don't always advise you about how long approximately you have left to wait during your time. Also, one time in the past my car wasn't washed and the tire pressure wasn't checked.

Comment : The service was done well, but after I asked the advisor to make sure my tires were inflated, they were not, so I had to inflate them myself at Costco. Also, I asked if my car would be washed, and he said it would, but it was not. Not much in the way of the extra mile. The service tech did do a good job, outside of the tires.
