Comment : The customer service manager was so rude. The advised to get a different size of tires on my truck. When they put the tires on, I didn't liked them. I requested for more money. I requested for the manager, the CSM refused to show me his boss.I end up paying more money, gas, and waste of my entire day.

Comment : Too busy trying to sell expensive services than they were helping fixing smaller issues. My son got stranded in needville with 2 nails in his tires that I requested to get fixed. 2017 Camry. Oh he need this, he need that. But failed to repair nails in a tire?! I just bought a 2025 Camry from here and I should've went to Gulf Coast Toyota instead. I'll never return

Comment : Several years ago my fiance went there after they said they had a car in stock that she was interested in. They lied and it was not even there, they just wanted to get her in to try and sell her anything.

She went back to them today for maintenance because they are the closest dealership and once again lied about services needed trying to upsell her $1200 for things other places will do for free or were not needed at all. They convinced her it needed to be done. When she went back to the desk later saying she had changed her mind and to stop what they were doing, they told her it's too late as they already took the car into the garage and started. They could have easily stopped where they were and just charged her for the services they had completed but they made it sound like she had no choice since she had given the go ahead already. They are shady and you should avoid at all costs.

Comment : Scammy practices when it comes to price estimates through toyota app when they absolutely know how much its going to cost to get oil change. Why not put the correct price?
