Comment : The service was done well, but after I asked the advisor to make sure my tires were inflated, they were not, so I had to inflate them myself at Costco. Also, I asked if my car would be washed, and he said it would, but it was not. Not much in the way of the extra mile. The service tech did do a good job, outside of the tires.

Comment : Charged for tire rotation that was never done but requested as verified by marked tires. Overcharged $120 for wheel alignment ignoring active sale price. Noted problems with control arm that could not be verified by other mechanics who examined and did NOT see a problem.
