Comment : I brought my truck in and it needed over 13,000 in repairs Progressive only approved 6400. They would not do the repairs because it would not render the truck is safe to drive for doing repairs for 6400. It needed to be totaled Phil was able to convince Progressive to total it and they only offered 7400 Phil directed me to Jay Contino and auto clause appraisal expert to help me get the truck totaled. Jay was able to get me 18,000. I was only able to do this because of Kavanaughs Concern for my safety and driving our truck that would only be halfway repaired. Had they done what Progressive wanted them to do Originally. they fought for me and I really appreciate it. Kavanaughs also did some minor repairs on my other car for free. They put the safety First of their customers and I really appreciate that. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody that needs any work done on their vehicles. And they were also very, very nice And had great communications over the two months that it took Progressive to do what they were asking for the first day. A+ for service communication and being all around great human beings

I took my 2015 M-B ML350 to Kavanaugh?s and Phil found the issue, and fixed it right away at a very reasonable price! With Phil, I felt I was working with an old friend. Very professional.
