Comment : Well, i called and was told to please hold and I heard Tom politely talking to another customer. That made me feel great already. Also, the staff was great on the phone and kept me updated on what was going on with my car. Very professional and I would recommend them as a garage to go to.

Comment : Today was our first time using Kars and we will definitely be coming back for all our future car needs! I called this morning and asked about getting my check engine light diagnosed and Kars helped to get my car in first thing, they even were able to give me a ride back home since it was a last minute decision to drop it off so soon. By the end of the day they had my car completely diagnosed and fixed at a reasonable price plus did an add on service of an oil change! They even offered me a ride back to pick it up if I needed. Not only was the service phenomenal but the staff are all very kind and caring. Everyone was very friendly and truly seemed to care about my situation and assisting in anyway they could knowing my family relies on our car daily! Comment : Another great service by Kars this week after my 2002 Mustang was having issues starting! Just needed a new battery and terminal connection that was worn. Had the car towed by AAA Tuesday at 3:30 and had my car back Wednesday before 2pm. We have been taking our vehicles here many years and highly recommend for the honesty in what is needed at the time and none of the extras you get when taking your car to the dealership.
