Comment : Highly recommended this location of Calibers. They were very accommodating. When the alignment did not feel right, they sent it out for another inspection. I appreciated that for safety sake. Found one problem and fixed it.

Comment : My car was finished later than expected, bad communication until I complained about it twice, told my car was inspected and cleared to go. But then I drove home in the dark and could barely see because my lights were faces all the way down. They said they had two people working on it and assumed the other person did it. Pretty annoying to deal with getting my car back late and not even in good condition.

Comment : The bumper and grill replacement looked pristine, thanks guys. It was estimated to take two weeks but they had it done in two days, and they had it washed and vacuumed. Donnie and Autumn were friendly and helpful from start to finish. It’s really nice to be reminded that good service isn’t dead
