Comment : I used the Caliber on Lewis St in Salem through Allstate insurance. Best choice I could have made. Tawny was a joy to interact with, very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. The technicians did a great job on my 4Runner and left it clean inside and out. I was always updated along the way, even when things took a bit longer than originally thought. A great experience during a bad time for me, and I?d highly recommend this location!

Comment : All staff were super helpful and friendly. They got my car fixed and squared away in less than 2 weeks. I have an older car and parts can be difficult to get, but they kept me informed the entire time. They matched the stock pinstripe that my car had, and washed it before pickup. My car looks better now than when I bought it!
