Comment : We cannot recommend Caliber/Tualatin enough. Whether we were dealing with the manager, service coordinator or friendly front desk, the service there is TOP NOTCH! The quality of the work done on our vehicle is exceptional. What truly sets this auto body shop apart, is their commitment to outstanding customer service. Alex is fantastic and kept us informed throughout the entire process, providing regular updates and explaining each step in detail. We had a second vehicle with a small issue, and Alex and team offered to look at it when we picked up our other vehicle. Their manager (who is also awesome by the way) helped fix the problem on the spot, at no charge, when the dealership we were using couldn’t figure it out. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the service we received. Their professionalism, skill, and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. If you ever need any auto body work done, we highly recommend going with Caliber in Tualatin!

Some uncaring, unaware individual SLAMMED me in a parking lot and nearly totaled it! ENTER CALIBER COLLISION ❤🫶🏻 they treated me professionally and warmheartedly. Alex kept me informed every inch of the way during my repair and was very affable, always. My Tech was Bobby and he went the extra mile to be sure my car was brought back to the pristine condition it was in before the collision. Comment : I honestly can't recommend this place enough. The service was phenomenal, incredibly kind staff, and very quick and detailed service. This is the place you need to go if you need car repair. Great communication and updates the entire time and they got my car done early. Not only that but it was so clean when I got it back. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone I know if I could. Thanks again I am so so so so happy my car looks like brand new again.
